• As the project coordinator, you anticipate and deliver to the needs of our clients before they have a chance to ask
• Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Project coordinators partner internally on activities related to client services including account strategy and management, daily operations, and internal/external communication
• Project coordinators thrive working in a collaborative manner while also having the ability to work independently to solve daily needs
• Project coordinators are self-motivated, have experience in communicating clearly with all involved on client accounts, and are comfortable and competent in building relationships internally and with external client leads
• Act as liaison between clients and construction vendors

• Proactive participation in internal and external meetings
• Oversee planning and delivery of construction projects
• Verify project progress regarding timeframe and budgetary constraints
• Arrange scheduling between clients and construction vendors

• Facilitate information between corporate client, customer, carriers, internal team, etc.
• Freight tracking
• Fielding incoming customer calls
• Troubleshooting customer issues
• Transactional request pricing
• Client reporting and invoicing support
• Transactional auditing

• Ideal candidates will have some commercial kitchen equipment experience (installation and project coordination) – this is preferred, not required
• Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing fields would be very beneficial
• Facilities management, such as a Service Coordinator would be ideal
• Previous experience in LTL, logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse management, project management, etc. required
