About The Role

With our head office in France, Hintz has more recently opened an office in North America and is currently building a team of energetic, nimble and passionate individuals. You will be hands-on across a variety of projects, with a huge opportunity for career progression and play a critical role within the team on a daily basis.

The role will see you working closely with our Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans including resources, timeframes and budgets for marketing & digital projects.

You will perform various coordinating tasks such as preparation and monitoring of project plans, costs schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures as well as organising and participating in stakeholder meetings and other administrative duties including, processing invoices and variation costs.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and monitoring of project plans, costs schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organising and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Detailed calendar and file/document management.
  • Ensuring quality and system compliance.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in managing technical implementation initiatives is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience representing technical teams in project delivery engagements and building stakeholder relationships is a plus
  • Ability to successfully translate technical objectives to a non-technical audience.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL disciplines, particularly change management and solution implementation.
