Overview:

Our company is seeking an experienced Project Managers to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Assign tasks to team members and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Identify and manage project risks and issues

- Ensure that projects are completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders

- Communicate project status to senior management and other stakeholders

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies

- Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, estimating, procurement, field installation, punch list, project closeout

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
