Duties

Responsible for overall direction and execution of assigned projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the region - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management business process and organizational planning.

• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Branch and Support Services (HR, Safety, Finance, etc.), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between Branches/Support and Business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Oversee overall operational management, planning, systems and controls.
• Management of Division budget in coordination with Executive Management.
• Development of individual Project Managers.
• Organization of Divisional documents.
• Regular meetings with Executive Management regarding Division operation and planning.
• Assist sales team with ongoing prospect goals.
• Oversee project budgeting and invoicing.
• Manage project cost controls.
• Direct Liaison with Customer and Projects.

College degree or 8 years experience with increasing supervisory experience.

Demonstrated experience in at least 3 product line service classifications.
