Summary:

The Project Manager at Forge Apollo is responsible for coordinating and communicating the successful execution of assigned campaigns across all assigned clients. In this role, the Project Manager is the main point of contact for assigned clients and presents the face of Forge Apollo in all interactions with the highest level of customer service. They are also responsible for supervising the delivery of campaigns on time and on budget. The Project Manager works with the leaders of each department to plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple large-scale, interactive projects, building trust and exceeding expectations with each milestone. The Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects and ongoing client relationships in both the Digital Marketing and Video Production departments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall project scopes of work, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate and monitor the scope of the campaign
• Generate and manage all relevant tasks for each client’s scope of work within Wrike
• Receive and communicate all client requests to the relevant department/ team
• Ensure that any unforeseen issues are properly and promptly resolved
• Ensure that client standards are enforced and the client is happy with the campaign
• Periodically request reviews/ feedback from client
• Conduct onboarding and discovery meetings with new clients
• Conduct regular virtual check-in meetings with the client
• Take thorough meeting notes during client calls
• Periodically schedule, attend, and lead in-person meetings with clients.
• Assist sales with renewal processes for assigned clients
• Assist the Digital Marketing and Video production departments with small tasks (ex. Social media engagement, shoot location research, etc.), as needed
• Travel for video projects as a resource for the client and any questions they have on set

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Marketing agency or experience working in a marketing organization is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership, negotiation, writing, analytical, and verbal skills
• Adaptable, organized, and detail oriented
• Entrepreneurial spirit! The successful candidate will be creative, driven, and organized, bringing new ideas to the table for how we can bring more value to every client.

Compensation:

• $43k - $48k, based on experience level
