This position requires an individual who can manage jobs as well as be hands on with repairs. Responsibilities include:
- Create timetables and benchmarks for project completion.
- Track project's progress and communicate status to customers and management.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to complete them on time.
- Monitor budgets and expenses; receive approval for expenses as needed.
- Facilitate collaboration between team members.
