About the role


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be playing a critical role in leading highly visible construction/renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background working on infrastructure projects while maintaining operations and optimizing innovative systems for the largest Real Estate company in the world.


JOB LOCATION: SAN ANTONIO (must be within driving distance to be considered)


What you’ll do


Leading all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for office, industrial, and retail projects requiring a focus on HVAC assessments and replacements, roofing, sewage, telecommunications, and roadways.

Conducts periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitors the status of work completed during the schedule for delivery.

Harnessing CBRE standards to complex real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.

Supports infrastructure construction and renovation projects and ensures detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.

Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.

Building strong relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements.

Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.

Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.

What you’ll need


  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required from College or University.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in infrastructure construction project management.
  • Prior experience with reading and understanding architectural, Civil, Electrical, & Mechanical drawings
  • Prior experience managing budgets, schedules, and cost
