We are seeking a Project Manager at our Burlington WA location. The ideal candidate manages new product development projects, including strategic market initiatives involving internal and external development partners.

Requires:
  • 1-3 years experience working in a project management role with a BA or equivalent additional experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of profit models.
  • Attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service (internal and external) with excellent verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set product development timelines, and project deliverables and prioritize development team activities to maintain the schedule.
  • Conduct regular cost analysis reviews while the product is being developed to maintain project goals.
  • Work with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to create the position of the product in the marketplace.
  • Identify project risks and recommend mitigation plans with the lowest possible risk and financial exposure.
  • A key contributor to multidisciplinary teams as it relates to new product development.
  • Key leader for managing product development projects within the project management software and defining key pillars for the Product Development team.
  • Lead project planning efforts to maintain production schedules.
  • Develop and track annual product growth plans.
  • Facilitate the introduction of products into new markets.
