Job description
Assist with the logistical and daily needs of the project management department. Become a vital asset/team member while improving the accuracy and efficiency of the work produced from the department.
Essential Duties
- Work with Sales department to identify & prospect new clients
- Coordinate new jobs for job-walks, site inspections, etc
- Send prospective credit applications to Client, then process internally
- Collect client / job info: project location, duration, type, services required, etc
- Maintain Access database current with project and contact information
- Prepare estimates for all TMI projects
- Coordinate Planning, Permits & Dispatch for pricing and availability
- Maintain estimate / job bid files
- Track and monitor status of types of projects up for bid
- Maintain accurate pricing reference records
- Maintain equipment inventory counts for respective jobs
- Articulate anticipated/estimated time and costs vs. actual time and costs
- Track win/loss ratio of completed estimates
- Support A/R & A/P department with client invoicing & collections
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of construction documentation and pricing; able to read plans and specifications and translating them into estimates
- Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Project
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Maintain a positive work environment

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma / Graduate
- Preferred candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree
