As Project Manager for the CR Innovation Lab, reporting to the Innovation Lab Director, you will lead coordination, process, knowledge management, and budgeting for a team charged with incubating new ideas and technologies in service of CR's mission.

The target salary range for this position is $130k to $145k. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. CR is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Innovation Lab team! You will be joining a dynamic team that works openly and builds out the earliest, most experimental part of CR’s innovation pipeline. Under our CRFlex program, this position is eligible for Fully Remote status for candidates who live more than 75 miles from one of our main office locations (Yonkers, NY, Washington DC, Colchester, CT). Additionally, the successful candidate must reside in one of the following locations: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Texas, Vermont, Washington D.C.

Your experience establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies will help the Innovation Lab meet their objectives to generate new prototypes, while also broadening CR’s reach among new and more diverse audiences. As the Project Manager you will actively identify and solve roadblocks, provide administrative support in drafting contracts, scheduling, budgeting, invoice management and other project management needs. You will assemble projects plans, iterations, and teamwork assignments, identify resource needs, escalate functional, quality and timeliness issues as well as manage one or more cross functional projects of medium to high complexity at any given time.

ABOUT YOU:
You’ll Be Highly Rated If:
- You have a bachelor’s degree with 4 or more years experience - problem-solving and working in project and operations management or chief of staff capacity (may be substituted for equivalent yrs of experience)
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills - you are a strong team player; talented communicator and editor with organizational, time management skills
- You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, execute operationally, navigate organizations to “get things done,” and deliver under pressure
- You have solid project management skills - advanced Google suite skills and experience with PM tools (i.e. Asana, Monday, Trello) and an ability to quickly grasp concepts and translate them into documentation. Ease with learning new software and databases
- You have experience creating and managing budgets - you are well versed using excel and/or Google sheets
- You have a curiosity about technology - you have ability to understand and unpack technical nomenclature
- You have an appreciation and understanding of the consumer movement - its potential impact on issues including corporate and state power, economic and social inequality, and environmental sustainability

- You have a bachelor’s degree in business or finance - certifications in project management or operations, or experience with open-source software development
