General Responsibilities

With a deep commitment to JASA’s mission, the Project Manager, Services, is a dynamic, motivated, thoughtful, and highly-organized individual who under the direction of the co-Chief Program Officers and in close collaboration with the Services Leadership Team, coordinates, implements, and monitors multiple cross-portfolio initiatives. This key position requires poise, discretion, independent thinking, project management skills, and facility with preparing presentations and data visualization.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Research, plan, and execute special projects and initiatives in partnership with staff throughout the Services division; Serve as key project manager of cross-portfolio initiatives
  • Manage cross-portfolio client financial assistance programs
  • Manage and improve systems to enable the Services division to work more efficiently and create clear processes by which important information is disseminated throughout the various portfolios
  • Serve as the liaison for cross-portfolio data analysis, metrics, and surveys
  • Collaboratively set agendas and provide support for Service Leadership Team Meetings;
  • Assist co-Chief Program Officers with complicated meeting setting as needed
  • Prepare various correspondence, including letters, reports, proposals and other documents
  • Support JASA Board Program Committee and interact with members as required
  • Performs other related tasks as requested or assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Experience with project management is preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask assignments and complicated projects in a skillful and timely fashion
  • Must demonstrate excellent follow through skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Must be proactive and take initiative in identifying problems and devising solutions for collaborative discussion
  • Must be poised under pressure, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and independent judgment
  • Must be computer-literate and have strong skills in preparing tables and visual presentations
  • Must handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
  • Cognizance of key budgetary concepts is highly desirable
  • Must deal with staff and external parties in a professional and courteous manner

Compensation

  • Up to $57,000 - $63,700
