Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee our fuselage manufacturing site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the site, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and production targets are met. The role requires extensive knowledge of supply chain management, project management, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize operations and drive cost efficiency
• Manage and oversee all supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, production planning, inventory management, and quality control
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to meet production schedules and customer demand
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including production, engineering, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and communication of project objectives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and procedures
• Travel between South Carolina and Mexico regularly to manage the project

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in project management in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and quality control
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets and schedules
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to travel between South Carolina and Mexico as needed to manage the project
