This entry-level repair and maintenance position requires no experience and earns a competitive wage of $12.50 - $14/hour. WORK SCHEDULE

This position is part-time and works a flexible schedule of around 15-20 hours per week. No nights and no weekends!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

As a Property Maintenance Assistant, you maintain the physical facilities through a structured program of preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance. Under the direction of our Maintenance Director, you complete requests from our residents. Whether you're painting, cleaning carpets, changing lights, unclogging drains, hanging frames, or doing general repairs, you've got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy! You also love that you're being paid to learn new skills that will serve you throughout your life.
