We are looking for a Property Maintenance Technician with experience in maintaining residential properties and who is a jack of all trades! We are a 5-star rated company in hyper growth mode looking for our future leaders. We have very high standards and customer service is our top priority.

Who Are We Looking for:

• Minimum of two years of property maintenance experience required.
• 3-5 years experience in plumbing
• Experience with electrical, drywall, carpentry, etc.
• Possession of personal tools, required.
• Possession of personal vehicle, required.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner and fix a multitude of issues that come with owning and renting single family homes.
• Ensures properties are in great condition and ready for new tenants.
• Performs small appliances, plumbing, electrical and other repairs in residential homes.
• Be available for emergency calls and respond to those according to Mark Brower Properties policy on after-hour emergency calls.
