We are looking for an experienced, professional Property Manager for our 103-unit residential lake front property located in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood. Our Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our residents, providing great leadership to the team and managing the day-to-day operations of the property. Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of market rate experience of a residential community
- 3+ years previous experience managing multiple assets
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- The ability to assist with training and development of the team
- A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer care to our residents, prospects and guests
- Directing the work of supporting maintenance and leasing employees
- Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
- Familiarity with budgets and financial and occupancy reports
- Knowledge of and willingness to follow all fair housing law
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Yardi Voyager and CRM experience is a plus
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Foster harmony in the workplace and promote a positive image of the company
- Any other tasks as directed by the Vice President of Operations
