About the Opportunity:
As a Provider Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and resolve concerns of the providers in your assigned geographic area. In helping us maintain and expand our network of providers, you will make a direct impact, helping us fulfill the mission we have of reconnecting people to the richness of life through industry-leading hearing healthcare solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Develop relationships with hearing care providers to continuously improve the quality and performance of the hearing care providers within assigned US territory by providing training, conducting periodic check-ins and focus groups via telephone, virtual, or in-person discussions. (25%)
- Assess and respond to escalated provider requests, feedback, and complaints. (20%)
- Act as a liaison between the provider network and TruHearing‘s internal staff to ensure the needs of all parties are being met and positive relationships are maintained. (20%)
- Partner with existing hearing care providers to expand service offerings within assigned territory and assist in nation-wide recruiting events as assigned. (15%)
- Provide ongoing analysis of assigned territory for compliance and performance review. (15%)
- Produce ad hoc reports of historical or performance data to present to providers as requested. (5%)

What education or experience is required?
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- College degree in communications, communication sciences and disorders, audiology, health care or patient care, sales or business
