A Pacific Northwest based company, Mindful Therapy Group was founded by and for mental health professionals with a mission to create, facilitate and support access to high-quality mental healthcare in our PNW community. We started Mindful with the belief that there is a better way to provide mental health services in our community. We build supportive infrastructures around our providers’ practices, giving them the benefit of strong administrative teams and a clinical community while having the freedom and autonomy of private practice. We are unique in that we put Mental Health Providers in the driver’s seat while providing a full-service experience for them and the clients they serve.

REQUIREMENT TO PARTNER
- Licensed as an ARNP and PMHNP
- Motivation to build and run an independent practice
- Must have Washington professional license
- Must relocate to Washington

Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
