Job Title: PT Enrollment Generalist – Northern Tier
Classification: Operations Support
Work Schedule: 28 hours per week: Monday – Friday; 4 days from 7:45 am -1:00 pm and 1 day 11:00 am - 6 pm
Pay Rate Range: $13.72- $18.65
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary
Provides support to students, faculty, staff and visitors at the LCCC Tamaqua site. Performs varied general clerical and receptionist duties to maintain the operation of the site office while working closely with students seeking admission into the college, completing placement testing, financial aid paperwork, and enrollment into courses. Some flexibility in work schedule may be required to meet the needs of students. At times, travel to the main campus in Schnecksville for training may be necessary. Reports to the Director of Site Educational Services -LCCC Tamaqua.
Salary is restricted to above range and will not exceed the maximum of the range. Salary offers are non negotiable and offers are determined and are based upon related work experience submitted on resume.

- Assist in providing reception for students and visitors at the Morgan Center office.
- Assist faculty and staff with daily operations and provide general information about college resources and procedures.
- Serve as a guide for students who have applied for admission, assisting them through registration process.
- Provide general financial aid information to prospective students and families as well as continuing students.
- Connect students to appropriate departmental offices, faculty, and support services for academic, personal, and career counseling; academic skills development; financial aid; and any other areas that support students in achieving their goals.
- Assist with inventory, stock and usage data for the Morgan Food Share program
- Assist with open houses, information sessions, and other student programs on site as needed.
- Assist with community-based initiatives and programs such as parades and community events.
- Receives and handles incoming calls and provides information about all areas of credit and non-credit and workforce training.
- Coordinate and advise student workers as assigned.
- Process tuition and fee payments.
- Proctor assessment, makeup, and distance learning tests.
- Report any equipment and building maintenance/repairs to Director of Site Educational Services-LCCC Tamaqua.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
Education
- High diploma or equivalent.
- Foreign degrees – must provide a US equivalency report of your degree credentials with your transcript, if not, your resume will not be accepted.
Certifications
- Act 153 Clearances (Act 34 PA Criminal Background, Act 151 PA Child Abuse History, Act 114 FBI Clearance Fingerprinting)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Office, Google Suite, and other software programs.
- Must have excellent professionalism, communication and organization.
- Must interact positively with students, families, faculty, and staff.
- Must be flexible in adjusting to a variety of work responsibilities and schedules as necessary.
- Must be able to work with frequent interruptions.
- Must demonstrate commitment to continuous professional growth.

Preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish
- Associate degree preferred.
- Higher education experience preferred.
- Experience working directly in a fast-paced office setting
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
