Job description
Position Description:
The purpose of this position is to provide oversight of opioid settlement funds, including implementation of strategies in compliance with NC Memorandum of Agreement and activities approved by elected officials. This position engages with stakeholders to make recommendations on the use of funds, assures appropriate use of funds, completes required impact reports, and provides technical assistance to agencies receiving opioid settlement funds.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in public health or human services administration or a human services programmatic field preferably with course work in human services planning and one year of experience. Demonstrated knowledge in overdose prevention, substance use disorder treatment, harm reduction, recovery, and/or drug policy. Bachelor's degree in public health and five years of administrative of consultative experience.
