Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 3,000 college campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.

Job Description: The Public Relations Booking Admin position involves significant responsibilities including, but not limited to, keeping an organized count of monthly news/ editorial hits for Turning Point USA that will be reported to the Media Director at the end of each month, be able to properly communicate and correspond bookings with multiple media outlets in a professional manner, be readily available to respond to media requests that sometimes may be outside of traditional work hours, and provide detailed travel information to Turning Point USA staff, Contributors, or guests when they are booked for events or speaking engagements. This person is expected to be familiar with the values of TPUSA, should have an advanced understanding of TPUSA's media presence and Influencers/Spokespeople, should be able to work with tight deadlines, and be able to maintain communication with all necessary parties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of TPUSA's Influencers/Spokespeople
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Passion for conservative ideas and principles
• Extremely strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Punctual and very responsive
