We’re seeking a QA Analyst who will focus primarily on working as part of the project and development teams. You will help run and create robust test plans for manual and automated testing to test our client’s sites and ensure they are functional and reliable before deployment. Please note this is a remote roll and can be located anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test strategy, and test plans.
• Work with the QA lead and project leads to enhance manual and automated test processes.
• Maintain test scripts and keep them up to date for each project/task.
• Document test cases and expected results for applications under test.
• Cross-browser test and debug applications for defects.
• Participate in the issue resolution, retesting, and UAT phases of the project.
• Work with and test eCommerce platform areas such as payment, gift card, product data, search, etc.
• Attend status meetings as a representative of the QA team.
• Attend client meetings when needed.

• Motivated and self-directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Adaptable. The role requires a willingness to take on tasks outside of a narrowly defined role, and ideally a desire to be multi-skilled.
• Must have excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in Agile development methodologies.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced in communication and technical writing skills necessary to log issues and to coordinate with the team on issue resolution and testing related activities.
• Able to assess and mitigate risks.
• Capable of writing tests using Gherkin (BDD) syntax.
• Are excited to work on high-profile brands with complex requirements.
