National Homecare Services is a family-centered home health with locations in Shreveport, Minden, Ruston, and West Monroe. We provide individualized care in the patient's home - including: skill nursing, aide services, and a variety of therapy services.

The QA Nurse helps monitor clinical records and helps develop and coordinate performance improvement plans for the company. The QA Nurse audits clinical records for accuracy and consistency, reporting those findings to the branch's Clinical Manager in an ongoing effort to educate and improve the documentation and performance of each branch. Effective communication skills and the ability to teach and serve as a consultant to the field staff is a must for success is the QA Nurse role. In this position, travel may sometimes be required, as well as home patient visits, as needed.
What YOU bring to the team:
- Licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the home health setting
- Excellent understanding of/experience in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement
- Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of organizational and time management ability
- Intermediate level computer skills required

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
