Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Manage weekly printing schedule, communicate with manufacturing planners, and oversee on-site inventory levels to meet monthly plant attainment goals for labeling needs and new product introductions
• Work closely with Planning, Regulatory Affairs, and Engineering teams to facilitate labeling changes and ensure compliance with regulations
• Establish and improve Label Control procedures to standardize methods and reduce errors, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Print and review accuracy of printed labels for manufacturing operations, including test labels for validation purposes
• Share rotational on-call duties to ensure prompt issuance of labels during off-shift hours
• Organize and maintain labeling materials for kitting in a segregated manner, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
• Perform minor maintenance of equipment, ensuring the department and premises are well-maintained
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree preferred or completion of 4 college level life science courses with labs, preferably chemistry/biology courses
• 1 or more years of label control experience in a cGMP facility. General GMP/Quality experience will also be considered.
• Experience with computer data entry required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Demonstrated ability to closely adhere to all instructions, cGMP's, SOP's, policies and procedures required.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft suite of products.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
