Job description
JOB SUMMARY: Inspect finished parts for quality and ensure final audit work area is clean, orderly and safe.
SCOPE/DIMENSIONS: Supervisory Responsibility: None
Purchasing Authority: None
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Follow the quality inspection process sheet.
- Follow bar code scanning process.
- Track and record quality defects.
- Incoming product inspection based on OMS.
- Tracking and recording receiving inspection results in a clear and accurate manner.
- Immediate notification of concerns to leadership.
- Sub-Product Inspection and data charting.
- Tracking and recording in-process inspection results in a clear an accurate manner.
- Final product quality inspections/packaging based on OMS.
- Tracking and recording final audit results in a clear and accurate manner.
- Work effectively with team members regarding quality and/or production issues.
- Complete required training programs.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other duties as needed/assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to accurately complete all paperwork.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Factory environment with exposure to moderate levels of noise, grease and oils, and moving machinery.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving objects up to 35 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.75 - $22.50 per hour
