Seeking a quality inspector for 1st shift 7am -4:00pm Monday-Friday

Seeking a candidate who can:

• Perform visual inspections
• Wheel inspection
• Raw material inspection
• Receiving inspection, outside process
• Assembly inspection
• Maintain inspection tools and working area in a clean safe and orderly condition. Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
• Calibration of equipment such as but not limited to, Calipers, Micrometers, and Depth Gauges.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Ability to do independent first piece inspection on machined parts and assemblies is required.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work with and calibrate hand measuring equipment independently is required. (IE, Height Gauge, Calipers,Micrometers, Thread Gauges).
• Familiarity with Optical Comparator and hardness tester.
• Computer skills are a must (Microsoft Word/Excel).
• Familiarity with CMM inspection, PCDMIS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
