Unified Community Connections, a large non-profit agency that serves individuals with developmental disabilities, seeks an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist. Salary commensurate with experience. Forward a cover letter with salary expectations to humanresources@ unified.org.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for the following,

• Works with staff to ensure the monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of processes and programs to meet agency and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of incident reporting processes and procedures, root cause analyses and services for individuals with disabilities is required.

Full-Time Position

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Human Services or related field and 5 years of relevant experience required. At Unified’s discretion, industry experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Ideal candidate will have excellent data collection skills, the ability to communicate concisely (verbal and written), accurately interpret data, assess situations and make relevant recommendations.
• Must be Covid-19 Vaccinated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMRs.
