Primary Responsibilities:
Perform ALL Quality checks as required in production departments
Participate in the training of new employees
Audit daily quality checks
Ability to communicate effectively with associates and management
Proficient with computers and able to utilize various computer programs on a daily basis
Work with associates, leads, maintenance and management to resolve quality issues
Ability to use and read tools such as a tape measure, micrometers, etc.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ability to read and understand SOPs and specifications
Candidates must all be able to:
Perform all duties as assigned
Able to stand on your fee for a 8-10 hour shift
Work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
Occasional lifting is required
