Production Quality Control Worker for 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Mon-Fri Shift
Job Title: Quality Control Worker
Reports To: Production Lead – Plant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00

Mandatory overtime will be required as needed
Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality of paint on all units by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Pulls products from oven and checks to make sure the quality of the paint meets requirements.*
2. Looks for any imperfections on painted surface such as orange peel, runs, light spray, particles in paint, sand, scratches, silicone, etc.*
3. Marks area of unit for repair, returns it to the appropriate area of production line, and informs appropriate people of necessary repair or touch up needed.*
4. Ensures painted surface meets ColorCoat quality standards.*
5. Follows safety guidelines.*
6. Follows manager's directions.*
7. Maintains productive pace as set by manager.*
8. Maintains clean work space.*
9. Assists in other areas of production as needed.*
10. Works cooperatively with other team members.*
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
