This position is responsible for the overall quality of materials being produced

Verifying the product set-up is accurate to the Product Master

Substrate is accurate

Resin type and percentages are accurate

Additional unwind(s) such as films or scrims are accurate

Finished goods being produced match product set up

Verify the CQC (Coating Quality Control) is being held within the specification

Verify the final product is being packaged according to the specification

Verify the data parameters are completed accurately

Process Variables are completed

Quality checks are completed with the data entered

Verify the final product by spot-checking:

Width

Length

Bond

Denier

Color

Slide Angle (COF)

Seal Strength

Visual defects

Verify Raw Material is of good quality:

Visual inspection

Verify length

Verify width

Free from damage (pre-production)

Perform the following checks accurately and efficiently:

Die profile(s)

MWSB calibration(s)

Counter certification(s)

Cover breaks for the following areas:

Erema

Cameron

YRN

Blown Film room

Calibrate and /or certify the following:

Weights & measurements

Must possess the following skills:

Proficient in math

Data entry

Testing equipment

Creating documents for vendor/customer interaction

Creating reports for production tracking and reporting

Attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,082.32 - $60,000.00 per year
