Summary of Role:

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions US, Inc. manufactures a broad range of sealing solutions to meet our customer needs in a fast paced environment. ServicePLUS provides extended value stream solutions to our customer partners from ServicePLUS Centers located in close proximity to those partners.

The ServicePLUS Quality Engineer is responsible for working within our quality management system within our ServicePLUS Centers as assigned. The Quality Engineer addresses customer concerns related to quality. The Quality Engineer works closely with the ServicePLUS team to ensure compliance with the QMS and that output of our operartions meet the customer needs and requirements.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer quality concerns and facilitate appropriate corrective action both internally and externally as assigned
  • Work within customer portals for quality-related items
  • Maintain and manage inspection and verification activities.
  • Perform customer audits and internal audits for quality assurance
  • Ensure production personnel understand customer-specific requirements and that they are being met
  • Analyze and assess process flows for continuous improvement, apply Lean Six Sigma tools and approaches as required
  • Perform other duties as required, supporting the company’s business goals

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or relevant field or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 years quality experience
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or similar required. Experience in IATF 16949:2016 a plus
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution and/or a lean systems environment a plus.
