SUMMARY:

Our company located in the Fort Worth location is searching for a Quality Inspector who can uphold the safety policies that our company has created and oversee the development process to ensure that all products meet quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide Quality control support to the Production Team ensuring that Product conforms to state requirements.

· Perform inspections of parts, assemblies, and raw materials for quality, defects, appearance, and finishes.

· Compare product to blue print requirements through the use of inspection measuring equipment.

· Compare raw materials to specification requirements through the use of inspection measuring equipment.

· Record and maintain necessary Quality data.

· Set up destructive and non-destructive testing on materials, parts, or products to measure performance.

· Have the ability to approve/reject product during in-process as well as final inspection operations.

· May assist in the training of entry level inspectors.

· May perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor/manager within the physical constraints of the job.

· Other duties may be required.

EDUCATION:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

· Two (2) years’ experience of Quality Control experience in an oil and gas facility preferred.

· Functional knowledge of measuring devices.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Excellent communication skills and Customer rapport.

· Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, on multiple projects simultaneously.

· Desire to use appropriate standards, policies, and procedures.

· Ability to work effectively in both an individual and team environment.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is generally exposed to a typical office environment. However, the incumbent will regularly be exposed to temperature fluctuations, humidity, dust, and potentially hazardous conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
