Automotive Service Advisor
Mullinax Ford is looking for a high energy, customer service, and sales oriented team member to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be dependable, hard-working, self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive attitude.
Schedule: Monday thru Saturday schedule hours vary - No Sundays Guaranteed
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set and prepare for appointments with customers
- Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable maintenance specials
- Provide superior customer satisfaction
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates
- Collect payment from customers
- Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety
- Follow all Company procedures and standards
- Perform all duties as assigned
Qualifications for this job:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have professional appearance
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Basic vehicle knowledge
- Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
- Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
