Very Part Time but Permanent & Flexible Administration position ($20-$25 hr depending on skillset)

Small business located in Wells Branch with a friendly safe environment looking for a part-time administration person. 5 to 15 hours a week. Some hours may be able to be conducted remotely but the position does require some in-office.

Requirements

• Must have significant experience with QB and bookkeeping.
• Able to manage a calendar and appointments for the business owner.
• Familiarity with using Excel
• Proficiency with Word and typing
• A great communicator by phone & email
• Able to take initiative on projects and tasks.
• work through problems and when hit roadblocks Able to work through issues to resolve problems.

Need two references.

A screening process and background check will be conducted. $20-$25 hr depending on skill set.
