The EZ Concept Quoting Specialist is responsible for managing the quotes in-box for EZ Concept. In addition, the successful candidate will also work collaboratively in a team oriented environment to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining speed and accuracy to secure orders. The EZ Concept sales support group provides a positive and fast paced dynamic which aligns to the overall Studco Company culture. We are a growing Global business looking for key team members to take the company to the next level. Studco and the EZ Concept division will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity for both career development and industry exposure.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter quotations and projects into ERP System (Netsuite)
• Manage the quotes in-box, keep the turnaround time to less than 24 hours
• Coordinate the workload among the quoting team to ensure customers are receiving their quotes within the required timeframe
• Answer sales calls and provide fanatical customer service
• Keep up to date on quote and project follow up
• Willingness to reach out to customers for missing information
• Conduct regular project follow up and document feedback
• Other related duties as assigned by the Global Product Manager
