ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an on-call Radiologic Technologist to join our Indigo Urgent Care clinic team float pool. The Float Pool locations include South Seattle and up to South Snohomish County.
GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing all clinical and radiologic tasks within facility and license scope, including a variety of technical procedures that require the application of prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Following successful completion of appropriate training and receipt of MA-R license, this position also performs back-office activities within the MA-R scope. Tasks will also include greeting and registering patients and assisting the provider with medical procedures as appropriate to scope. Additionally, the incumbent will provide on-site support and quality oversight of imaging activities by MA-C colleagues who have successfully completed the x-ray training program.
Requirements:
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Certification with the State of Washington
- MA-R required or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
