What You’ll Do
- Provide radiographic images and procedures to patients at a technical level.
- Operate imaging equipment, prepare patients exam rooms, and maintain equipment, supplies and medications.
- Provide patient services using various imaging modalities for the successful accomplishment of hospital/departmental goals and objectives.
- Apply knowledge of state and federal radiation control regulations as they apply to diagnostic imaging.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, physicians, visitors, and other staff members.
What You’ll Bring
- Technical/Associate’s radiography degree required
- ARRT required
- Must have a passion for excellence
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism displayed through sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility
- Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions
- Remain flexible, organized, professional, and able to analyze, and make sound decisions under stressful situation
