o $50 per qualified inspection (average inspection takes 45 minutes)
o Commissions paid on all completed claims (2022 average was $3000 per claim)

● Job Description:
o Texas Direct Roofing & Construction is seeking 3-5 individuals to join our team of Storm Restoration Representatives to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage from hail and wind that recently impacted the area.
Our revenue exceeded $8 million in projects and insurance claim-related construction, and we expect to continue to grow to $18 million in 2023 to become one of Cowtown’s fastest-growing restoration companies.
To handle the additional jobs we need 3-5 driven, independent individuals, to join our team and assist local homeowners with their estimates, damage inspections, and insurance claims.
o No experience is necessary.. We provide the best storm restoration training program nationwide, developing you into a fully capable, proficient agent in 5 days.
Individuals we hire receive training on basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to assist homeowners through their projects..
*NOTE* This is NOT a remote position.
● Qualifications
o Comfortable dealing face-to-face with customers
o Able to climb a ladder to a roof
o Reliable transportation
o Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management
o Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
o Willing to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads
o Smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during inspections
● Responsibilities
o Inspecting & documenting for storm damage to homes
o Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to brief them on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements
o Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
o Marketing and lead generation for new prospects
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,250.00 per month
