We are looking for either agents who are currently licensed or people who are committed to starting real estate school in the next 30 days. You should be learning based, have a strong work ethic, and a don't quit attitude. Full-time preferred, but open to part-time agents who have a flexible job. Responsibilities
- Generate leads through open houses, add contacts to command database, talk to people in the twin cities about real estate, share personal real estate app, follow-up with all leads
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing homes
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Write and review purchase agreements, listing contracts, and additional paperwork.
- Attend Ignite (where you learn how to be a successful real estate professional)
- Attend BOLD (where you learn how to build a bigger business and earn over $100K in real estate)
Soft Skills
