At The Monumental Team at Samson Properties, you will serve clients at a high level by following proven processes that reliably give clients their desired results time and time again. You will work with both buyers and sellers directly.
On The Monumental Team, you will...
- Be fully onboarded and take action within 3 weeks.
- Be trained and certified as a Monumental Agent within 3 months.
- Never pay to be an agent again. No MLS dues, no SentriLock dues, no association dues, no fees, nickels, or dimes. All taken care of for you.

Compensation:$129,375.00 on plan earnings, 100% commission based pay
Responsibilities:- Maintain excellent and consistent relationships with your Sphere of Influence
- Talk to new prospects on a daily basis
- Speak and engage with leads to qualify them and figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Maintain excellent relationships with other agents in the marketplace, especially those with other brokerages
- Constantly develop and communicate expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends in your own voice via calls, texts, emails, and social media
- Present to potential buyers in-person, over the phone, and via Zoom
- Present to potential sellers in-person at their homes or in our offices
- Educate clients and potential clients about the real estate transaction process
- Write and negotiate winning offers in collaboration with teammates and outside partners
- Converting leads into appointments, appointments into agreements, and agreements into sales
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
