This position is commission based.

Compensation:$125,000+ annually
Responsibilities:- Extreme responsibility for results
- Highly accountable for setting goals and achieving goals
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities that create new business by using Team tools, methods, and scripts
- Improve and track lead generation skills by working with our in-house lead generation manager
- Work with the in-house contracts team to provide 5-star service
- Host open houses, weekly
- Show up on time and participate in all team training sessions
- Show up on time and participate in all one-on-one coaching sessions
- Ability to use Real Estate specific CRM, platforms, and tech
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and deliver a clear understanding of the real estate industry
- Competitive, high-performing leader and team player
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a growth mindset

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas.
- Must live in Austin, TX (or the surrounding area)
- Must have reliable transportation and a license to drive.
