We are seeking a receptionist to support our US Navy customer Strategic Systems Programs, in Washington, DC
In this position you will support the nation’s most reliable deterrent acting as the face of the Company for all visitors. Arcfield has held this contract for over sixty-five years and closely teams with the Navy to accomplish this mission. Offices are located near the Washington Navy Yard within sight of the Nation’s Capital and with easy access to public transportation (Green line on the Metro).
What you will do...
- Greet all visitors to the office and issue appropriate badges
- Verify visitor clearances as required in conjunction with the Security Officer
- Coordinate Conference room scheduling
- Escort maintenance staff through the offices
- Pick-up mail and deliver it to the Office Manager
- Document the receipt of all registered mail and FEDEX shipments

- Have a High School Education and 4-5 years of experience
- Present a welcoming attitude to our customers and visitors
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
