Bill Jacobs Motorsport, a multi-franchise luxury automotive group located in Naperville, is looking for a dependable and conscientious professional to work in our Warranty Department as a part-time Receptionist / Scanner.

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

As our Receptionist / Scanner, you will greet our customers on the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner and handle all calls effectively and efficiently.

You will also be responsible for assisting the primary scanner with the review and scanning of repair orders, parts invoices, and loaner agreements for each store as needed. This includes reviewing all documents for accuracy and requirements made by each manufacturer. Scanning documents to appropriate cabinet in CDK paying close attention to detail and legibility.
