The Receptionist will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support, receiving telephone calls, and greeting visitors.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Receive and screen all incoming phone calls and connect them to appropriate personnel
  • Assist each person who approaches the front desk with questions
  • Requisition office supplies, printing support, and related materials and services.
  • Order Business Cards, corporate charge cards, and uniforms.
  • Check/send mail on daily basis and distribute. Sort out and hand-deliver important packages, deliveries, or messages to appropriate departments within the company
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area while abiding by the policies and regulations of the organization
  • FedEx Runs / FedEx shipping support
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in an office environment
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service or administrative environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Knowledge of PC in a Windows
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Always maintain the utmost professionalism and courtesy
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
