- High school diploma or equivalent education required. College Degree Preferred.
- Two years related experience in a corporate environment or hospitality related field preferred
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications
- Great telephone skills and verbal communication
- Must be client-driven, organized, and professional
- Ability to work in a team environment
- You are a natural host and can make guests and colleagues feel at home within the workplace.
- You are the primary connector between colleagues and the workplace, willingly responding to queries & resolve issues relating to the physical environment, technology & security first-line fixes. You learn quickly and will enjoy being able to promote various destinations, food services, wellness events, and activities.
- Develop relationships and capture guests & colleagues' individual preferences/needs for future visits and think creatively of ways to accommodate any special requests.
- Eyes wide open – always looking at our workplaces and experiences through the lens of a colleague or visitor.
- You will drive and participate in working groups to capture colleague feedback and build engagement.
- We function as One Team and work with our peers by notifying the appropriate Departments when an extra pair of hands or specialist support (e.g., tech) is needed.
- Undertake tours of the entire building while stating facts and having a positive demeanor. Be involved in reviewing and enhancing operating procedures – making sure that they remain relevant and helping to adjust and amend them on a regular basis.
- You will be the ‘storyteller for success,’ actively highlighting the positive effect we are having on our colleagues every day
- Assist the Curated Team with activations
- Complete checklists for floor walks to engage with colleagues and to report all equipment that is malfunctioning.
- Conduct daily inspections in all conference/focus rooms and communal areas
- Raise tickets for all facilities inquiries and send reports weekly for all BeOne app issues
- Conduct Campus Tours when needed
- Reply to all emails regarding any concerns/issues for visitors, colleague engagement, etc.
- Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code for this position
- Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
- Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time 90% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
