Job description

We are seeking an energetic and organized person to join our friendly, professional and dynamic team. They will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, directing calls appropriately and making sure that all of our staff members have access to the information they need to do their jobs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can create a warm, welcoming and professional environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, direct calls, and greet incoming visitors.
• File papers and respond to requests for information.
• Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions, including providing them with applications, pens and clipboards along with any reference material they may need.
• Accept deliveries and mail, while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
• Operate office equipment; and manage confidential information.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

*High school diploma or GED
* At least two years of training or experience in customer service and office work
* Computer proficiency
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
