Job Overview
Greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
Essential Job Functions
- Answer phone and direct calls
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Open, stamp and distribute mail
- Scan documents and filing
- Provide excellent customer and vendor service
- Process purchase order acknowledgements
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Proficient with Google Workspace or similar software
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Business Center (MBC) or similar software, preferred but not required
Working Conditions
Office environment with extended periods of sitting and computer work.
