We serve all of Western New York and Northern Pennsylvania, with our offices in five Western New York communities: Batavia, Dansville, Lakeville, and Warsaw.
University Eye Specialists, P.C. provides the most up-to-date eye care, from routine eye exams to the most complex eye surgeries. Our highly experienced doctors cover a wide range of subspecialties within ophthalmology, including retina, glaucoma, cataract, oculoplastic and laser surgeries.
Medical Receptionists Main Duties:
- Making and confirming appointments over the phone.
- Checking patients in as they arrive.
- Triaging patient concerns.
- Prepping Charts.
- Obtaining authorizations for exams from insurance companies.
- Scanning documents into the electronic health record system.
