Position Summary

Greets and directs visitors while monitoring access and maintaining security by following established procedures.

Promptly and courteously answers and directs all calls. Responds to inquiries, gives direction and provides assistance as needed.

Keeps informed of company policies and procedures, answers related internal and external questions.

Promotes positive client/resident relations by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with residents, clients, family members, visitors, those seeking our services, and team members clearly and respectfully.

Displays behavior that supports FellowshipLife’s mission, vision, values, policies, and Fellowship Spirit; consistently performs position responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.

Job Requirements:

Customer service experience, preferably in long term care or health care setting.

PC literate, MS Office Suite.

Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must effectively prioritize tasks and complete them under time constraints.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with, and respond to the instructions and requests from a diverse group of clients/residents, visitors and team members and to provide information with courtesy and tact.

Ability to function independently, have flexibility, and demonstrate personal integrity when interacting with clients/residents, families, team members, and others.

Ability to respond to and work with a mature resident population, creating a warm, caring and supportive environment for the enjoyment of the on-campus and off campus clients and to promote this philosophy to all team members.
