Job description
Paladin Financial, an independent financial services firm located in Arden Hills, Minnesota, is seeking a receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for various duties including greeting visitors, answering incoming phones calls as well as providing general administrative and operational support for the financial professionals in our office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet consumers on the phone and in person with a warm and welcoming approach.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
- Set and confirm calendar appointments
- Assemble meeting preparation documents pertaining to the client/prospect
- Prepare conference rooms for client and prospect appointments
- Manage overall company database and lists
- Assists colleagues with administrative tasks
- Maintains reception area and all common area in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Keeps inventory of office supplies and orders new materials and supplies as needed
- Manages financial professional’s calendar
- All other duties as assigned
Skills include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience working in the financial services industry
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Must be a "people person" with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent worker and ability to approach problem solving with resourcefulness and creativity
- Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to independently implement systems and processes
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Tech savvy and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
