Westminster at Lake Ridge is a premier Retirement Community serving older adults in three levels of service: Independent Living, Assisted Living and a Health Center. Our team of roughly 270 total employees serves a population of over 300 total residents on 62 acres that back up to the Occoquan reservoir.

This position is primarily responsible for receiving and relaying incoming and outgoing calls from the switchboard and for greeting residents and visitors to the Community. The ideal candidate will be able to help support the team by providing information by phone or in person and receiving and forwarding resident requests and forms.
We are looking for someone who has experience using a multi-line phone and an in-house paging system and has great communication skills; someone who is familiar with Microsoft Office and can prioritize requirements despite frequent interruptions. Other requirements are a high school diploma or a GED plus 1 year office experience. This position entails working on weekends and different shifts.
